Settings

Everything about your workspace and account lives under Settings, reachable from the gear in the left rail or your account menu at the bottom-left.

Workspace

• General — your workspace name, store domain (used for referral links) and general email.
• Company — legal name, KvK and VAT numbers, address, and separate invoice name and email used on your invoices.
• Members — everyone with access. Owners and admins can change roles or remove members, and invite new ones.
• Integrations — connect Google Drive, Slack, Shopify and Meta (managed under Connections).

Account

• Profile — your name, photo and email. Changing your email sends a confirmation link.
• Security — change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, and review active sessions.
• Notifications — choose which emails Ecomyard sends you.
• Appearance — light, dark or system theme, saved to your browser.

Billing

• Subscription — your current plan, with one-click switching between Standard, Pro and Enterprise.
• Payment methods, Invoices, and Usage & limits — your billing details and what you're using on your plan.

Legal & support

Read the Terms, Privacy Policy and DPA, or send us a question or complaint. We reply within one business day.

Delete account

Deleting your account starts a 30-day grace period. You are signed out immediately and your data is removed after the grace period unless you contact us to cancel.
