Performance & management

Beyond payouts and gifting, Ecomyard helps you keep affiliates active and reward your best.

Performance

The Performance page scores every affiliate and surfaces who needs attention.

  • Activity score (0-100) blends content output, sales, consistency and engagement.
  • Inactive detection flags affiliates who stopped posting, and at-risk flags those posting only once or twice a month.
  • Top 3 this month shows your best performers, with competitive progress ("18 pts from #1") so everyone can see how close they are to overtaking the next affiliate.
  • Monthly tier boosts temporarily upgrade a top performer to a higher commission tier for 30 days.
  • Exclusive rewards this month lets you grant a reward per Top 3 rank (and only those three), then mark it delivered. The reward shows up in that creator's portal.

Content

The Content page collects every affiliate post in one place instead of scattered Drive folders.

Review queue

Deliveries submitted from the creator portal land here first. For each one: View the content, Approve, Request revision (with feedback the creator sees in their portal) or Reject. Approving lands it everywhere at once: a creative on the content board with the creator linked as contributor, a row in this library, a file in the content hub's UGC inbox (use Open in content hub to jump straight there), and the linked brief marked delivered — which also feeds the briefings-complete metric on your Overview.

  • Affiliates upload to their portal; you can also add posts manually.
  • Filter by affiliate, platform or source.

Automatic collection

Collect content automatically watches for tagged posts on Instagram and TikTok. New mentions land in an inbox at the top of the page: Import files the post as affiliate content and into the content hub under UGC inbox → creator name (which follows your Drive sync), Dismiss drops it. Live social sources connect with the integration rollout; the pipeline itself already runs.

Gift claims & COGS

On the Gifting page, "Recipients & claims" tracks who has claimed or activated each gifted product, flags unclaimed gifts, and totals the true product cost (COGS).

Payout notifications

When a commission becomes ready for payout, and again when it is paid, a notification lands under the bell in the header, linking straight to Payouts.

Automations

The Automations page turns performance into action: nudge inactive affiliates, flag low posting, notify on payout due, or boost the monthly Top 3. Flow triggers now include Affiliate becomes inactive, Gift not claimed, Commission ready and Enters the Top 3, and conditional splits can branch on the activity score. Rules run on your data now; the actual send (email / Slack) connects with the integration rollout.

Creator view

Open any affiliate to see their gamified Creator view: rank, activity score, posts, sales and a progress bar toward the Top 3. This is what the affiliate sees in their own portal.
