Getting started
This page takes you from sign-up to a working workspace.
1. Create an account
Go to ecomyard.com (opens in a new tab) and choose Start free. You can sign up with email and a password, or with Google, Slack or Figma. Both paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
2. Create your workspace
After signing up you name your workspace and set your store domain. The domain is used to build affiliate referral links later, so use your live storefront domain (for example yourbrand.com).
A workspace holds everything: your ICPs, briefs, board, creators and the whole affiliate program. You can switch workspaces from the switcher at the top of the sidebar.
3. Invite your team
Choose the + after your team's faces in the top right, or Invite team under Settings → Members. Add email addresses and pick a role:
- Owner and Admin can manage settings, billing, payouts, gifting and connections.
- Member can work in the board, briefs, ICPs and creators. Approving, rejecting, importing and inviting creators takes an admin, or a role that manages creators.
4. Connect your tools
Open Connections and connect the tools your team already runs on: Google Drive, Slack, Shopify and Meta. The more you connect, the more specific Ecomyard AI can be. See Integrations.
5. Find your way around
The left rail is the top level. Each rail item opens a detail panel with its sub-pages. The Affiliates section holds the whole affiliate suite: Dashboard, Affiliates, Applications, Programs, Payouts, Payout methods, Gifting and Analytics.
Every page you open stays open as a tab at the top, the way a browser keeps them, so going back to the pages you are working in is one click. A tab remembers where you were in it: open a creator from Affiliates, and that tab takes you back to them. The cross or a middle click closes a tab, and the + opens search to open another page in a tab of its own. Up to twelve stay open, and your tabs are kept per workspace in your browser.
Next: read Core concepts or jump straight to the Affiliate suite.
Overview (your home)
Home is your workspace home. While the workspace is still being set up it leads with a setup card of nine steps: add your store domain, connect Shopify, create a program, invite your first creator, connect a payout method, connect Instagram, connect Google Drive, connect Slack and add your brand logo. A step ticks itself off once the workspace has it. Click the circle in front of a step you are not going to take to mark it done, and click it again to undo that. Don't show again takes the card away for everyone in the workspace, on every device, and the card goes by itself once every step is done.
Then comes what is waiting on you on the content side: creatives in review and approved creatives ready to publish. The affiliate side keeps its own list on the Affiliates home: creators wanting to join, deliveries to review, commissions held until the order ships, affiliates waiting to be paid, and emails that could not be delivered. Under the list, Your content sheet says how many cells the board still misses, with a way to answer them one question at a time. Then four key metrics: briefs delivered, creatives produced, launched and creative spend, each with its movement against the previous period and the figures behind it. Click a card to open its own page with every brief or creative behind the number. Below them come launches per period, what is on the board per stage, and the latest activity. Use the date picker top-right to scope it all to any range.
