Campaigns send email or SMS updates to your affiliates: a new brief, a boosted reward, a seasonal push.

Writing a campaign

Use New campaign and pick a channel (email or SMS) and an audience — all affiliates, or specific program tiers. Personalise with {{first_name}}. Campaigns save as drafts until you send them, and every send records the real recipient count for that audience.

Delivery

Actual delivery runs through the Resend/SMS integration that arrives with the integration phase; until then sends are recorded in sandbox so your flow and history are ready.
