Gifting

Gifting rewards affiliates with product, targeted at whole tiers rather than one person at a time.

Gifts are campaigns

A gift is either:

• A campaign: a one-time or recurring product gift to one or more tiers.
• A welcome gift: sent automatically to affiliates on a tier.

Each gift can recur monthly, and tracks how many were sent, how many were redeemed, and the redeemed value.

What you see

• Summary: total sent gifts, total value redeemed and total redemptions.
• Table: each gift with its status (active or stopped), type (campaign or welcome gift), recipient tiers, and its sent, redeemed and value figures.
• Filters for status and type, plus search.

Creating a gift

1. Open Gifting under Affiliates and choose New Gift.
2. Name it and pick the type (campaign or welcome gift).
3. Choose the recurrence (one-time or monthly).
4. Link a product and select the recipient tiers.
5. Create. Stop or re-activate a gift any time from its row.

Gifting is a workspace-admin action.
