Programs & tiers
A program defines how affiliates earn. Each program has a ladder of tiers, and each tier sets a commission and the referral threshold that unlocks it, plus a reward.
The tier ladder
A typical program has tiers like:

Creating a program
- Open Programs under Affiliates.
- Choose New program and give it a name and description.
- Add tiers: name, commission percentage, the referral threshold that unlocks the tier, and the reward.
- Save. Affiliates you assign to the program climb the ladder as their referrals grow.
Why tiers matter
Tiers reward your best affiliates automatically and give everyone a clear path to earn more. Higher tiers can unlock better gifting and payout treatment.
