Customize

Customize, in the Affiliates menu, holds everything a creator sees of your brand, in four tabs: Brand, Portal, Welcome mail and Signup pages. Beside the settings is what a creator gets: the real portal in a phone, with Home and Menu to switch between, or the welcome mail. It follows every change as you make it.

Nothing goes live until you press Save changes in the bar along the bottom, which saves every tab at once. Discard puts everything back. A tab with unsaved changes carries a dot, and leaving the page asks first.

Open a tab straight away with ?tab= and brand, portal, mail or signup, as in /customize?tab=portal.

Your brand

  • Logo: on top of every creator mail, in the portal and on your signup pages. Use a PNG or JPG, which every mail app shows.
  • Brand color: the creator portal (its password screen included), your signup pages and the main button in creator mails wear it. Text on it turns white or dark, whichever reads, and the picker warns you about a color too pale to stand out on white. Without one, everything keeps the house green.
  • WhatsApp contact: the number behind Contact in the creator portal, so a creator with a question reaches you where they already are.

Portal

  • Cover image: a wide picture across the top of the portal's home, about 1500 by 500. JPG, PNG or WebP.
  • Welcome note: a few words from you under the cover, signed with your logo, up to 400 characters.
  • Links: up to five pages of your own, such as your brand guidelines or a folder of assets. Each has a name and a web address and opens in a new tab, from the portal's home and from a Links section in its menu.
  • Tabs: show only what your program uses. Analytics, Gifts, Briefings and Media can each be switched off; Home, Payouts and Settings always show, because they hold a creator's money and account. Media goes together with Briefings, because briefed content is delivered there. A hidden tab is gone from the menu, an old link to it opens the portal's home, and hiding Gifts takes the gift banner off the home as well.

A creator sees the cover, the note and the links once they are signed in to their portal, not on its password screen.

Welcome mail

Your Instagram handle, your house rules and whether you run creators' content as ads, with the welcome mail beside them as a new creator gets it. Who sends each mail (Ecomyard, Klaviyo or nobody) stays under Affiliates, Notifications.

Signup pages

Every signup page you have, with a link to open it. Edit opens the page right here: its builder on the left and the page itself on the right, as an applicant sees it on a phone or a desktop, following every change as you type. The logo and color you are picking under Brand show on it too, and the one Save changes puts the page live together with the rest of Customize. All signup pages takes you back to the list.

Brand and Portal can be changed by an owner or admin; the welcome mail by whoever may manage affiliate communications.
