Briefs

A brief tells a creator exactly what to make. Ecomyard AI can draft briefs from your account data, so you start from something real instead of a blank page.

The brief lifecycle

1. Open briefs are available for creators to claim.
2. Claimed briefs have an owner working on them.
3. Delivered briefs have a file attached, ready for review on the content board.

Creating a brief

Use New brief to add one with a title, ICP, funnel stage and reward, or ask Ecomyard AI, for example "draft a brief for the Recovery persona, bottom of funnel". Briefs are stored on your workspace and appear in the pool for creators to claim.

The briefs table

Briefs is a sheet, built like the content board's table.

• The pills on top split it by status: All, Open, Claimed and Delivered.
• Filter builds rules the same way as on the board: Where a field is, is not or is empty, on the brief's name, status, ICP, stage, who it is assigned to, visibility or date. Rules chain with And.
• Search looks through names, personas, stages, rewards and creators.
• Every column sorts from its header, or from Sort in the toolbar.
• Export downloads what the table shows as CSV.
• A click on a row opens the brief.
• The icon in front of a name says where the brief is: a globe when it is on the marketplace, a lock when it is private, and a star when it is featured. Until somebody is assigned, Assigned to shows how many creators applied.

Acting on several briefs

Tick rows, or the box in the header for everything the table shows. The bar that appears can:

• Make public: put them on the marketplace.
• Make private: take them off it.
• Delete: asks first, naming how many go. The applications on them go too; deliveries already made stay in Deliveries.

Tips

• Keep briefs tied to an ICP and a product so results roll up into your analytics.
• Use the status pills to see what is open, claimed or delivered at a glance.
• Delivered briefs feed the briefings complete metric on your Overview.
